Student Responsibilities
I, the student, promise to:
1. Attend all sessions
2. To schedule and complete calls to my CORE weekly
3. Add 5 people weekly to my CORE until min. of 25 reached
4. Attend 1 buyer or listing appointment a week
5. Complete the “tracker” that I will provide on a weekly basis

There are 3 Segments with 8 weekly sessions. Each session will last approximately one hour. The following timetable will help give you an idea of all the topics you have to look forward to.
Segment 1 — Building Your 3 Networks
Week 1 - The CORE Network
The CORE network. Learn to develop a base of raving fans will send you referrals, daily.
Week 2 - The Vendor Network & The Buyer and Seller Networks
The Vendor Network. Learn to develop a network of vendors who will treat your clients with world class service. Vendor relationships are crucial to the sucess of an agent.
The Agent Networks. Learn to develop a network of buyer agents who will sell your listings in any market and a network of listing agents who carry "off market" listings when you need to find something special for your buyers.
Includes a ONE page business plan to help you set and attain realistic attainable goals.
Daily To Do List for all 3 networks - Incorporate all 3 networks into your daily routine to increase sales.
Segment 2 — World Class Listing & Buyer Presentations
Week 3 - The Listing Presentation
The Pre-List package is designed to help you secure every listing before you even show up (includes delivery tips).
The Network Listing Presentation - It's only 15 minutes long... but it has an 89% success rate.
Learn many techniques to handle things like "I want to think it over" or "I don't want to pay you a full commission" or "Can we try it at a higher price?" all these and many more.
We will also protect your commission no matter what the results are from the current class action lawsuit.
Week 4 - The Buyer Presentation
How to set up and take control of your first meeting with a buyer.
The buyer broker agreement - how to use a buyer broker agreement to help the buyer.
The buyer broker commission - how to make sure you get your full commission every time.
Lead generation and lead conversion - how to set up and use automation to generate more buyer leads.
NOTE: With the current class action lawsuit still pending, we will cover ways to make sure you are paid for every buyer you close. the media is currently trying to scare agents. the truth is buyer agents are essential to our business.
Segment 3 — Building Your Business for the Future
Week 5 - Business Planning
Includes a ONE page business plan to help you set and attain realistic attainable goals.
Daily To Do List for all 3 networks - incorporate all 3 networks into your daily routine to increase sales.
Week 6 - Time Management
Includes a system for determining who, and for how long you should work any lead or client. Also includes tips on how to protect your own time off. If you don't take time off, you'll burn out.
Learn 5 things that require your license and how to find systems to do everything else.
Find systems that can free up more of your time.
Week 7 - Lead Generation
How to find leads where nobody else is looking.
Understanding with which leads you should invest your time.
Week 8 - Accountability
Why accountability can help you hit your yearly goals AND how using one word (missing from business plans) can guarantee you hit them.
